Pip at the Playground

Pip arrives at a playground with a slide, swing, and sandbox.

Pip reaches the playground.

What should Pip try first?

Pip climbs the ladder to the slide.

Up the ladder Pip goes.

One, two, three steps.

Pip slides down with paws in the air.

Paws up. Feet out.

Whoooosh!

Pip swings forward with feet out.

Back and forth goes the swing.

High, then low.

Pip meets Rabbit beside one toy shovel.

Rabbit wants the shovel too.

There is only one.

Pip hands the toy shovel to Rabbit.

“Your turn,” says Pip.

Rabbit smiles.

Pip, Rabbit, and Mouse build a sandcastle.

Everyone builds together.

Scoop, pat, stack!

The three friends wave beside their sandcastle.

The sun is getting low.

“Goodbye. See you tomorrow!”
